Delivery is by Australia Post- Parcel Post which is provided free to Miss Ruby Legwear customers. We ship same day or next business day. You will be contacted via email to confirm despatch so you know your purchase is on its way.
Miss Ruby Legwear cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not require a signature upon receipt. Australia Post parcel post do not require a signature and therefore Miss Ruby Legwear does not accept responsibility in the unlikely event of non delivery of the parcel.

Rewards Program and Pricing
All pricing is in Australian dollars. Miss Rubylegwear offers a Rewards Loyalty for customers. After your purchase of 6 pairs bought online through the Miss Rubylegwear website, you will receive a 7th pair complimentary. 6 pairs can be purchased over several transactions and these will be tracked through the email address provided at the time of the purchase. Purchases are not transferable to another email address. The complimentary pair provided will change from time to time and this is at the sole discretion of Miss Rubylegwear. The size provided will match the sizing from the last purchase. The complimentary pair will be included in the last online order after achieving the 6th purchase. A letter confirming your purchases will be included in your order. You have 7 days after despatch to notify Miss Rubylegwear if you disagree with the tracking of purchases.
Refunds / Returns:
You are entitled to a refund or exchange or credit only if the goods you have bought are faulty. Please choose carefully – we are unable to accept returns or refunds if you change your mind. Please remember that it is always recommended that you wear cotton gloves whilst putting on your stockings to avoid snags and tears. We will not refund your purchase if you damage the product or open the packaging. We will not refund your purchase if the product has been in contact with the skin, or has been worn in whole or in part. In the unlikely event you find there is a manufacturing fault with the product, in the first instance you should contact us within 7 days via email to email@example.com and tell us about the issue. We will only consider a refund if the product can be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Products are carefully packaged so that your new legwear are protected during transit to you. Whilst we cannot be held liable for any damage to products or their packaging caused by postal or freight carriers during transit, if you do receive product or packaging that has been damaged during transit we want to hear about it!
If you no longer wish to receive our occasional newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply unselect or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have replied to a newsletter asking us to stop sending e-mails, and this has not happened, it may be because the e-mail address to which we are sending the e-mails is not the same as the address from which you sent the request from. Please check the address we are using and include this information in your request.
The information we receive from our customers helps us to continually improve your shopping experience. We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests and processing your order, as well as improving the Miss Ruby Legwear site. Miss Ruby Legwear will not provide any of your contact details to any third party. We hate spam too! Payment: We accept payment by PayPal via our secure, encrypted webstore environment. We also accept credit card payment via SecurePay. Please note that your order will appear on your credit card statement as being charged by Miss Ruby Legwear.
