HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

Orders placed before 3.30pm EST (Monday – Friday) for in stock items will be shipped the same working day.

Orders received after these cut off times will be shipped the next working day.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

You will receive a despatch confirmation email from us as soon as your order is lodged with Australia Post.

If you have created a customer account, you will also be able to log in to your account and check your order history. Your order history will display the status of your order and provide you with information on which orders/items have been shipped, are ready for despatch or waiting for stock.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For information about delivery times and whether you will be able to track your order please go to Australia Post’s website www.australiapost.com.au
You can also find out if your order has been shipped by logging into your account on the website and checking your order history.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?

Most of our parcels will fit through standard letter boxes. However if your order is in a large parcel, or you have Australia Post will leave a card and you will be able to pick the package up from your local post office.

DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?

We can deliver to your residential address or your place of work.

When you check out you will be given the option to enter separate delivery and billing addresses.

If your place of employment is registered at a PO Box address see below.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

missrubylegwear.com.au can deliver orders to PO Boxes via standard delivery services.
WHAT IS YOUR PACKAGING LIKE?

All orders are despatched in Australia Post’s Parcel packs and purchases and wrapped in tissue paper. Missrubylegwear branding does not appear on the outside of our packages. We have a return address of
MRL, PO Box 2591, Cheltenham Vic 3192
